Settings > Members. They can only give out roles that include access they themselves have; any role with access beyond their own appears locked or disabled.

Invite a member
- Click “Invite Member” to open the “Invite Team Member” dialog.
- Enter their “Email address”.
- Choose a “Role”. This defaults to Member; the other options are AI Usage, Software Procurement, Admin, and any custom roles your workspace has.
- Click “Send Invitation”.
Pending invitations
- Resend or cancel a pending invitation from its row menu.
- To change the role on a pending invite, cancel it and send a new invitation with the right role.
Assign roles to an active member
Click a member’s role in their row. It shows their first role and, if they hold more, a “+N” count.- In the “Roles” popover, check one or more roles, then click “Save”.
- A note there reads: “Permissions from selected roles are combined.”
- At least one role is required.
Remove a member
Open the row menu, choose to remove them, and confirm.SSO and roles
People who join through an identity provider connection (for example, Okta) join as Member. An Owner or Admin can change their roles afterwards.See your own role
Everyone can see their own role on their Personal Information page, underSettings > Personal Information, in the “Role” field.
